About the Role

Join a leading agile business team focusing on business agility and organizational transformation. You will support clients in aligning their organizations effectively and fostering acceptance of new concepts among employees to ensure successful transformations.

This position is open to all career stages and adaptable for full- or part-time engagement. Work locations include several German cities and remote options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on effective implementation and tailored configuration of Atlassian tools through best practices.
  • Evaluate and compare various Atlassian apps to guide clients in making informed selections for diverse scenarios.
  • Apply deep understanding of tools related to test management, defect tracking, and frameworks like Scrum at Scale in client settings.
  • Quickly grasp organizational structures and toolchains to holistically address client requirements.
  • Conduct targeted Atlassian tool training sessions customized to user roles and administrative needs.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Completed academic degree or vocational training in a relevant field.
  • Professional exposure to agile teams and experience in Atlassian consulting with comprehension of Atlassian business strategies.
  • Familiarity with key Atlassian products such as Confluence, Jira Software, Jira Align, or Jira Service Management, and related apps including Agile Hive, Structure, Big Picture, Easy Agile Programs, User Story Maps, Zephyr, Xray, ScriptRunner, or EazyBI.
  • Basic knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies, with additional understanding of scaled frameworks like SAFe being advantageous.
  • Practical experience in Atlassian cloud migrations is a plus, alongside skills in integrating Atlassian tools with other systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region (70-80%).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
