Job Overview
This position involves virtual patient support, requiring someone attentive, organized, and welcoming. The work schedule is primarily remote, from Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 22:00, Friday 13:00 to 22:00, and two Saturdays per month from 8:00 to 12:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete patient registration within the system.
- Send standardized guidelines for the initial consultation.
- Identify requests and locate appointments in the system.
- Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Check and provide appointment availability according to specialty.
- Confirm appointments with patients via app or WhatsApp.
- Assist patients with document attachments in their medical records when needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in patient service via chat, WhatsApp, or UmblerTalk.
- Organizational skills for managing schedules and appointments.
- Excellent written communication and courteous customer interaction.
- Meticulous attention to detail in patient data entry.
- Quick learning and proficient use of digital systems and platforms.
- Ability to follow scripts and standard responses closely.
- Competence in handling dissatisfied patients and sensitive situations professionally.
Working Conditions
- Employment Type: CLT contract
- Workplace: Home office
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 12:00–22:00; Friday 13:00–22:00; two Saturdays monthly 8:00–12:00.
