Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager handling raw material store operations for a manufacturing setup in Faridabad. The role involves managing stock movement, coordinating store workflows, and ensuring inventory discipline across daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the complete day-to-day functioning of store operations, including inward and outward material flow, movement of materials between processes, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Lead daily store operations for incoming and outgoing material.
- Track movement of raw materials from one process stage to the next.
- Ensure all receiving and handling activities follow the defined SOPs.
- Provide accurate and timely updates and reports to the HOD.
- Review daily shortages with the purchase team to help maintain minimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with relevant department heads to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Monitor inventory closely and keep stock at optimal levels.

Compensation
The offered salary range is INR 5,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 per year.
