Role Overview

The Ponoka, Alberta location is seeking Associates for both full-time and part-time positions. Associates assist the Store Manager in various operational domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all facets of store operations including sales, expense management, shrink control, and profitability enhancement
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shopping environment
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and freight processes effectively
• Maintain availability to work during weekends as required

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess general retail experience
• Exhibit strong communication skills
• Demonstrate the capability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, multitasking setting
