About the Company
Antalpha is a rapidly expanding fintech business operating where traditional finance meets digital assets. The company supports institutional clients with financing, treasury, and technology solutions, and is still developing the systems needed to keep pace with its growth.
This is a role with meaningful ownership, practical challenges, and the opportunity to contribute from the outset.
About the Role
Antalpha is seeking a Treasury & Banking Associate to support the everyday management of bank and digital asset accounts. The position involves handling payments, maintaining account records, and coordinating with banking partners across different markets.
The role suits someone who enjoys a varied workload, likes turning tasks into completed outcomes, and is interested in learning treasury operations in a crypto-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily payments and transfer funds across fiat and digital asset platforms.
- Track account balances and help maintain liquidity across payment channels.
- Ensure transactions are completed accurately, within required timelines, and in line with internal procedures.
- Support the setup of new bank and digital asset accounts, including documentation, KYC checks, and due diligence.
- Keep account details current, including ownership information, business profiles, and periodic review records.
- Act as a contact point for banks and payment providers regarding account-related questions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Trading, and Compliance teams to understand payment requirements.
- Identify the most suitable payment route based on speed, cost, and compliance considerations.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed about payment progress and account matters.
- Detect and escalate unusual activity such as large transfers, rapid fund movements, or sensitive counterparties.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
- Follow AML/KYC rules and internal policy standards.
- Spot process inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
- Help streamline treasury and banking operations as the business grows.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury, payments, banking operations, or a similar finance role.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly and discreetly.
- Clear communication skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Well-organised, with the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Exposure to digital assets, crypto platforms, or fintech environments is an advantage.
- Experience with KYC documentation or account onboarding is preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-currency or cross-border payments is preferred.
