Associate - Tax, People Advisory Services (Mobility) (2027 Graduates)

About the Role

Join our global tax team of 35,000 professionals across 150 countries to support clients in managing their tax responsibilities proactively and efficiently. In this role within the People Advisory Services (Mobility) group, you'll tackle complex issues involving globally mobile employees by delivering strategic mobility program advice, technology consulting, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal taxation and social security matters for clients with globally mobile workforce.
• Employ and deepen understanding of individual income tax especially in cross-border contexts, including tax treaties and mobility ramifications.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory support to employees arriving or departing internationally concerning taxation basis, residency, tax planning via salary structures, and employee share schemes.
• Participate in diverse projects such as employment tax risk assessments, share scheme planning, and guidance on employment arrangements.
• Coordinate with international offices to deliver comprehensive cross-border tax advice for clients.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for managing complex detailed information accurately.
• Demonstrated time management skills and adaptability under pressure, enabling strong relationship building across all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
