About the Role

Join the IFF Food Biosciences sales team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia as an Associate Sales Support, contributing to a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences. IFF drives sustainable innovation to enhance everyday products across healthcare, food, consumer, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly answer customer questions through phone, email, and face-to-face communication with professionalism and precision.
• Provide information on products and services, resolving straightforward issues or escalating complex ones appropriately.
• Keep customer records updated and accurate within databases.
• Assist with onboarding new customers, conduct follow-ups, and manage satisfaction surveys.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and support departments to ensure customers receive timely responses.
• Prepare necessary reports, presentations, and documentation as requested by management.
• Perform data entry, organize digital and physical files, and maintain orderly records.
• Support procurement processes by requesting quotes, tracking orders, and liaising with suppliers.
• Help coordinate company functions such as events, meetings, and disseminate internal communications.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and manage restocking activities.

Candidate Profile

• Possess an administrative or related professional background.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or administration.
• Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
