Job Responsibilities
- Identify professionals and executives for top management positions across national and international mandates.
- Conduct systematic market research to pinpoint relevant target companies and candidate pools.
- Analyze organizational and company structures to derive suitable search areas.
- Perform competitor comparisons and industry analyses for continuous market monitoring.
- Build and maintain a resilient, internationally oriented research network using databases, LinkedIn, AI tools, and specialized portals.
- Participate in kick-off briefings and maintain ongoing communication with responsible consultants regarding mandate details and search strategies.
- Develop innovative identification methods and search strategies autonomously.
- Engage in telephone outreach to candidates, assessing their professional suitability and motivation to change.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing an advanced degree in business administration or a related discipline, at least from the third semester onwards.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities.
- Exhibit high self-motivation and eagerness to take on responsibility.
- Demonstrate clear, open communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Show linguistic versatility and openness.
- Be proficient with MS Office applications.
- English skills are advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Hold good knowledge of AI technologies such as Large Language Models and AI Agents.
