About the role
BNY is looking for an Associate in Regulatory Administration/Filings to join its Tax Reclaims team in Dublin, Ireland. The company positions itself as a global financial services leader working with advanced technology and AI to help shape the future of finance.
Key responsibilities
- Help the operation stay aligned with due diligence and regulatory reporting rules, including FATCA and CRS.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for maintaining tax records and preparing reports for internal and external clients.
- Carry out first- and second-level quality checks on tax outputs in line with team procedures.
- Assist with coordinating regulatory tax filings by collecting the data needed for different submissions.
- Keep client data and documents up to date and complete, and work with colleagues to fill any information gaps.
- Maintain reporting information return layouts and perform higher-level quality reviews for more complex client deliverables.
Required background
The role prefers candidates with knowledge of tax documentation and an understanding of regulatory reporting preparation. A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience, is required. Experience in securities or financial services is an added advantage.
