Role Overview
This position is for an Associate Public Relations Representative supporting Saudi Aramco under the SMP program with Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. The role is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
What the Role Involves
The position focuses on shaping and delivering corporate communication initiatives across multiple channels within a large, fast-moving, and internationally diverse organization. The work calls for the ability to turn complex technical input into clear, persuasive communication messages that different stakeholders can easily understand.
You will be expected to work closely with senior leaders and executives, present communication plans with confidence, and explain activation approaches as well as performance indicators. The role also requires strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with leadership-level stakeholders.
Experience and Background
Applicants should bring 8 to 12 years of experience in strategic communications, either from an in-house role or a consultancy environment. Prior exposure to the Oil & Gas or Energy sector is preferred, and a background in technology is also an advantage. Regional experience is considered desirable.
Education
A bachelor's degree is required. Advanced or professional qualifications in Communications or a related field are viewed favorably.
Language Requirements
Strong written and spoken English is essential. Arabic language ability is not mandatory, but it would be an added advantage.

The role calls for excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, project management capability, executive presence, and the ability to translate technical information into accessible communication concepts.
