Associate Professor/Professor in Information Science

Position Overview

This full-time role for an Associate Professor or Professor in Information Science is based at the University of Namibia's Main Campus. Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should hold a PhD in Information Science or a closely related field. The role requires experience in both teaching and research, with at least three years served as a Senior Lecturer. A solid track record in teaching, research, publication, and community involvement consistent with the rank's requirements is necessary.

Publication Requirements

Candidates must have a cumulative total of seventeen publications, including a minimum of seven published since their appointment as Senior Lecturer. Of these, at least six must be peer-reviewed scholarly articles.
