Job description
About the role
Google is hiring an Associate Product Marketing Manager in Dublin to support product marketing efforts across the EMEA region. This role sits within the APMM program, a global early-career initiative that helps marketers build breadth across the function while contributing to high-priority projects. You will work on initiatives that help launch products, improve user adoption, and strengthen Google’s market presence.
The position focuses on the full product marketing journey, including positioning, naming, competitive analysis, launch planning, feature prioritization, communications, and collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Communications, Legal, Webmasters, Product Development, and Engineering. The work will involve contributing to broader product and marketing programs, not owning them end-to-end independently.
As part of the APMM community, you will also participate in training, learning milestones, program activities, and mentorship from senior leaders. The role is designed for someone who wants to grow through structured support while making real contributions to business goals.
Work authorization
Applicants must already have the right to work in Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

- Carry out marketing tasks as part of larger projects while working under managerial guidance.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
