Role Summary

As an Architectural Photographer, you will capture striking interior and exterior images and videos of residential, commercial, and industrial properties using advanced equipment. Your creations will play an essential role in helping millions engage with property markets and facilitate transactions daily.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior and exterior photographic and video content for various property types, including houses, apartments, offices, retail, and industrial spaces.
• Create engaging video tours and Matterport 3D captures to provide immersive property walkthroughs.
• Utilize drones to generate gaussian splat views of properties when feasible.
• Develop compelling imagery for suburbs, parks, and educational institutions.
• Employ diverse professional tools and techniques to enhance visual presentations.
• Travel up to one week monthly or as required for assignments.
• Apply expertise in timing and lighting to optimize shoot quality based on environmental conditions.
• Efficiently edit photographs and videos to deliver completed projects promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with clients during scheduling, setup, and on-site engagements.
• Engage in continuous professional development to advance photography skills and stay current with new technology.
• Participate actively in team meetings to foster collaboration and address business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional real estate or architectural photographer.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior, exterior, lifestyle, and drone photography and videography.
• Completion of a School Certificate or equivalent credential.
• At least two years of professional experience or recent graduation from a photography-focused program.
• Proficient understanding of manual camera controls, lighting, and composition.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), macOS, and Microsoft Office.
• Current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) or commitment to obtain it within six weeks via accredited training.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• Capable of lifting and transporting equipment weighing up to 12 kilograms.
• Possess a valid Australian driver's license and ability to hire vehicles for work-related travel.
• Able to drive safely for periods up to two hours and operate outdoors across all seasons.
• Availability to work occasional nights and weekends on a rotating roster.
• Pass a driving record check confirming responsible and lawful driving habits prior to employment.
