Role overview
In this role within the Seller Experience team, you will lead the planning, creation, and rollout of strategic programs designed to enhance seller experience and support business expansion from the initial idea stage through scaling. You will also be accountable for the full lifecycle of the Hyperlocal construct.
Key responsibilities
- Pinpoint process gaps in the marketplace and develop practical, scalable solutions that improve seller experience or drive growth, with full ownership from start to finish.
- Carry out structured, in-depth analysis to define program OKRs and ensure decisions are supported by data.
- Study industry developments and compare performance against benchmarks to inform important initiatives in the e-commerce marketplace space.
- Work closely with teams across Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute programs smoothly and make adjustments when required.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and newsletters that increase visibility of program progress for internal and external audiences.
- Track initiative milestones against timelines and expected outcomes, flagging risks and resolving issues with stakeholders to keep work on schedule.
- Improve OMNI speed performance, with specific focus on D1 and D2 while aligning SLA with O2D (Order-to-Delivery).
- Strengthen operational processes for both First Mile and sellers by identifying innovative ways to cut breaches while maintaining fast fulfillment.
