Role Summary
The Associate Manager, Paid Social will own day-to-day paid social campaign execution, optimization, analysis, and client support. This role requires a strong grasp of social advertising platforms, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams while contributing to account growth and team development.
What You’ll Do
- Run daily paid social operations across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and newer social channels.
- Track results, make optimizations, and keep campaigns aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Help prepare client updates and presentations by turning performance data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Strengthen client relationships through timely communication, careful follow-through, and a solutions-first approach.
- Review campaign data to spot patterns, growth opportunities, and areas that need improvement.
- Create and evaluate testing plans, then use the results to guide better performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with Creative, Analytics, Strategy, and other channel teams on integrated marketing programs.
- Guide and support Associates and newer teammates by sharing knowledge and raising overall account quality.
- Look for opportunities to expand services, test platform features, and support larger client business goals.
- Bring forward ideas that add value for clients and help grow accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in paid social, digital media, or performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Practical experience managing campaigns in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical ability with the skill to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable next steps.
- Comfort supporting client communication and presenting campaign outcomes to internal or external stakeholders.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work well across functions and disciplines.
- Curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to keep learning as the digital space changes.
- Prior mentoring or support of junior team members is an added advantage.

- This is a hybrid position based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with approximately 2 days per week in the office.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role is USD 75,000 to 85,000. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s background, qualifications, and experience.
Location and Hiring Footprint
New Engen has offices in Seattle, New York, and Northwest Arkansas, and also supports remote employees across the United States. Full-time hiring is currently available in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
