Role Overview

The Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing, Womenswear & Childrenswear will help shape the full storytelling journey for womenswear while also strengthening the brand presence in childrenswear. This position contributes to global product positioning, seasonal campaigns, go-to-market planning, and supporting materials. The role reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing and works closely with Creative, Merchandising, Design, Planning, Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce, and Communications teams to help ensure launches are coordinated, clear, and relevant to the market.

What You Will Do

  • Help create and roll out global brand campaigns, seasonal hero product campaigns, and editorial campaigns, including briefs, marketing plans, launch strategies, and creative toolkits.
  • Own and coordinate the seasonal go-to-market timeline, making sure Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Communications are aligned for integrated launches.
  • Assist with global events and initiatives through planning support, sample coordination, and vendor communication.
  • Track the competitive environment and share updates on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors with the wider team.
  • Support weekly meetings by preparing agendas, recording notes, and following up on action items.
  • Spot category gaps, untapped opportunities, and storytelling needs by reviewing consumer insights and industry trends.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or a similar area.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • A detail-focused approach with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset and comfort with hands-on work.
  • English fluency; knowledge of another language is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
  • Ability to work from the New York City headquarters four days per week, with one remote day each week.

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000 annually, depending on experience and how closely the candidate matches the listed qualifications.
