The firm is growing its German team and is looking for a qualified lawyer with a solid academic and professional track record, strong judgment, and the confidence to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
This opportunity is for an ambitious Associate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. The role is based in Hamburg or Düsseldorf and involves supporting both international and domestic clients across a broad mix of legal matters in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and day-to-day support to clients on corporate, commercial, litigation, and general practice matters.
- Prepare, edit, and assess contracts, legal paperwork, and internal memoranda.
- Carry out legal research and turn findings into clear, practical legal guidance.
- Interact directly with clients and public authorities in Germany and abroad.
- Work closely with colleagues in different offices on cross-border matters.
Requirements
- Completion of the Second State Examination and full qualification to practice law in Germany.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal team.
- Strong written and spoken German and English skills.
- Sharp analytical ability and a meticulous approach to detail.
- Collaborative, self-driven, and oriented toward client service.
