About the Role
We are hiring for a Southeast Asia regional platform supported by a reputable institutional partner. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role involves managing current investor relationships, coordinating investor communications and reporting, and assisting in the firm's fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary daily contact for existing limited partners (LPs), ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to queries.
- Manage the investor communications schedule, organizing quarterly and annual reports, capital call and distribution notices, and investor letters.
- Develop polished and clear investor updates and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with the deal team to create and update fundraising content.
- Assist in responding substantively and precisely to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and potential investor inquiries.
- Create and oversee data rooms for ongoing and prospective fundraising activities.
- Conduct research and map target investors, including institutions, insurers, family offices, sovereign, and pension funds, maintaining a structured pipeline.
- Coordinate new investor onboarding processes, including adherence to KYC/AML and subscription documentation in collaboration with Compliance.
- Maintain an accurate investor database, logging all interactions comprehensively.
- Organize key events such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and investor update sessions.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 to 6 years of investment experience in real assets, including roles related to deal sourcing, acquisitions, or underwriting real-asset investments, with a strong desire to transition into investor relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of producing investor-ready materials.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of reliability.
- Professional demeanor, emotional intelligence, and composure for client-facing interactions with sophisticated investors.
- Ability to thrive in a lean environment with high personal accountability.
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently throughout Southeast Asia.
