Role Overview
We seek an Associate to join our Instructional Design team, responsible for the creation, delivery, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance of e-learning training content related to Cogstate products and staff development. This role involves transforming content provided by internal subject matter experts into engaging instructional modules primarily aimed at training external professionals on Central Nervous System (CNS) assessment techniques used in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and convert scientific training content into polished eLearning courses and various training materials following company brand and processes.
- Incorporate feedback consistently to revise and enhance course content.
- Ensure content accuracy, high quality, and timely delivery of training materials.
- Conduct peer quality reviews for courses developed by other instructional designers.
- Update training content in line with each product release or patch cycle.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external use.
- Stay current with latest features and updates in Articulate Storyline 360 software.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360; experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Three to five years of professional experience in eLearning development.
