Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Insights Director or Insights Director to join our exceptional team. The successful candidate will lead premium research and insight initiatives, manage key client partnerships, and drive growth through client acquisition and development. This full-time position offers flexible work arrangements, including two days of remote work per week from our Dublin office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional qualitative, quantitative, and consultancy research solutions.
- Maintain and develop high-value client relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding the client base and business growth.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a strategic, inquisitive, and analytical mindset.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence applications in research.
- Bring creativity, dedication, and passion suitable for a dynamic, growing enterprise.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Research, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of six years of experience in market research or a related area, with at least two years in leadership or management capacities.
- Show proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective project management skills.
- Possess excellent communication capabilities for presenting complex data and insights compellingly to clients.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards impactful results.
- Capable of effective collaboration within a small team and managing client relationships successfully.
