About the Role
This position is within the Commercial AI vertical of Digital Human Health (DHH) and focuses on building and scaling integrated measurement products such as PromoFit, GAIN, and GATOR across commercial functions. The role acts as a strategic partner to commercial organizations, supporting solution creation and assisting stakeholders in delivering analytics capabilities. It requires collaboration with Product Owners, Data Science, Engineering, IT, and Risk & Control teams to ensure smooth execution, with a key focus on value tracking and meeting success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand intake and prioritize portfolio across cross-functional teams, managing resources and funding decisions.
- Drive roadmap planning and execute feature builds, ensuring compliance with stage gate processes from design to deployment.
- Implement and enforce governance practices, aligning with product development lifecycle (PDLC) and architecture councils.
- Maintain operational excellence by tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, escalating issues, and reporting status at executive levels.
- Promote adoption readiness via training, communication, and enablement strategies.
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance, incident management, documentation, access controls, and long-term sustainability of products.
- Facilitate continuous improvement through post-release analyses and root cause assessments.
- Design and implement commercial spend optimization and investment allocation frameworks using marketing mix models (MMx), causal inference, and optimization techniques.
- Deepen understanding of pharma datasets, KPIs, Field Force operations, incentive calculations, and commercial analytics.
- Maintain knowledge of US healthcare ecosystem including market access, reimbursement, and patient care to influence marketing and investment decisions.
Required Skills and Technologies
- Experience with work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Proficiency in reporting platforms including Power BI, MicroStrategy, and web-based dashboards.
- Knowledge of governance practices including access management, audit documentation, and SOPs.
- Data fluency with KPI frameworks, data modeling, release and operations management.
- Technical skills including SQL, Python or R, Advanced Excel, and familiarity with platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or GCP.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI-based analytics workflows and their operationalization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data/Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial analytics, product operations, governance, or digital/data product delivery roles.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience managing teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder delivery.
- Familiarity with commercial data domains such as CRM, promotions, digital engagement, sales metrics, and performance measurement.
- Experience with experimental design, measurement techniques and scaling performance measurement systems.
- Proven ability to govern AI solution development and implement operational delivery models with strong governance standards.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of explaining technical trade-offs and outcomes to diverse audiences.
