Role Overview
InnovationTeam is looking for driven Saudi fresh graduates to join as Associate Consultants in a full-time permanent role. This opportunity is intended for candidates who are enthusiastic about technology, innovation, AI, cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
As an Associate Consultant, you will become a permanent team member and be placed in the department that most closely aligns with your education, interests, capabilities, and business needs. The hiring process will assess your career goals and technical strengths to identify the best long-term fit.
Work Assignment
In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals on enterprise projects across public and private sector organizations. Based on your background and interests, your assignment may involve software development, implementation, consulting, or business operations. Placement will depend on your qualifications, demonstrated ability, career direction, and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver practical and innovative solutions.
- Assist in software development, implementation, consulting, or business operations depending on the assigned track.
- Review business needs and suggest suitable technology-based approaches.
- Build familiarity with industry best practices, tools, and methods while applying them in day-to-day work.

Qualifications
Applicants must be Saudi nationals and hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields, or a closely related discipline: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.
This role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Strong English proficiency is preferred, and applicants should have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities along with a genuine interest in learning and growing in a fast-moving technology environment.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is intended for on-site work.
