Associate, Client Service

Overview

The Client Service team plays a crucial connector role, linking Guidepoint's clients with experts in various fields to enhance business decision-making. They thoroughly comprehend each client's specific research needs and promptly identify the most relevant experts, often within hours.

This Associate position is key to Guidepoint's success and involves understanding diverse client inquiries to source the best-matched experts. You will actively recruit new experts into Guidepoint's extensive network of over 1.6 million advisors, selecting those who are most suited to engage with clients. The role offers excellent exposure to multiple industries and the chance to apply foundational business skills.

This is a hybrid role based out of the Dubai office. All applicants must have valid work authorization in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop strategies to meet client project needs
• Use various sources such as LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and online research to find suitable experts for client questions
• Source and invite potential leads to join the expert network for consultations
• Evaluate experts for each client project’s relevance and prepare detailed professional profiles for client review

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Previous experience via internships, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities
• Legal authorization to work in the UAE is mandatory
