About the Role
The Associate Center Manager serves as the primary representative of a Cultfit fitness center, tasked with ensuring a flawless member experience, boosting sales effectiveness, and maintaining operational standards. This position demands a strong sense of responsibility, customer focus, and enthusiasm for fostering a vibrant, service-oriented fitness atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of monthly targets related to new memberships, renewals, and upselling activities.
- Convert walk-in and trial visitors into members through effective consultation.
- Manage the complete membership conversion workflow with precise, consistent, and timely paperwork via the portal.
- Oversee daily center operations adhering to checklist protocols.
- Coordinate class scheduling, ensure trainers arrive punctually, and sessions are prepared.
- Perform daily audits of the facility to uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory including first-aid supplies and water, ensuring replenishment as needed.
- Identify and address operational issues such as attendance, booking challenges, equipment maintenance, or facility upkeep.
- Establish positive relationships with members, fostering a community-centric, welcoming ambiance.
- Handle escalations effectively to ensure smooth class experiences before, during, and after sessions.
- Collect and document feedback from members and trainers to drive continuous improvements.
- Maintain high standards of customer service representative of Cultfit values.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any specialization.
- Between 1 to 5 years experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented roles.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction capabilities.
- Strong ownership mindset and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Desirable: enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and community engagement.
Work Schedule
Typically assigned straight shifts, either morning (5:30 AM to 2:30 PM) or evening (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM). On some occasions, split shifts may be scheduled requiring attendance during both morning (5:30 AM to 9:30 AM) and evening (5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) periods.
