Role overview
A global financial services company is seeking an Associate / AVP level Recruitment & HR Business Partner in Singapore. The position is suited to an experienced HR professional who can manage the full hiring lifecycle, support leaders across Southeast Asia, and contribute to broader people and business priorities.
What you will do
- Run the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Work closely with business leaders to provide guidance on hiring, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and career development.
- Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Support regional HR operations by coordinating with shared services on payroll, HR administration, compliance, and employee life-cycle tasks.
- Review HR data, prepare reports, and assist with HR projects and process enhancements that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
What the employer is looking for
- A bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of HR experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or a multinational setting.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and in partnering with leaders on a wide range of HR matters.
- Working knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR practices, and HRIS tools.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building.
- Solid organisation, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive, practical approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams and shared service functions.
