Job description
About the Role
New Engen is a digital marketing agency focused on helping brands grow more intelligently by connecting media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-led campaigns. Donut Studios is the company’s internal creative team, built to produce platform-native, high-performing digital content for ambitious brands. This role supports an enterprise client engagement and offers a strong entry point for someone who wants to grow in account management while contributing immediately to a fast-moving team.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with Account Strategists, Project Managers, and other cross-functional partners to keep client work organized, communication clear, and creative projects moving smoothly from brief to final delivery.
- Help strengthen client relationships by preparing for meetings, drafting updates, capturing action items, and ensuring communication is organized and professional.
- Maintain account documentation, project resources, client wikis, and internal tracking tools so information stays current and accessible.
- Assist with delivery of creative work by tracking tasks across campaigns, coordinating intake, and supporting timelines.
- Spot risks early, including missing details, schedule issues, or blockers, and raise them before they affect delivery.
- Check assets before they go out to confirm they meet requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project management, creative strategy, design, copy, and production teams to keep priorities aligned and communication flowing.
- Build knowledge across creative production, client services, and enterprise marketing while taking on more responsibility over time.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, marketing, or agency support, ideally in a digital marketing, creative, or advertising environment.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-ready approach.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Hands-on experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the confidence to ask questions and follow through on tasks.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, team-oriented environment across multiple time zones.
- Must live or work within the Eastern Time Zone.
- Nice to have: exposure to creative production, content, video, or design workflows.
- Nice to have: familiarity with tools such as Frame.io, Figma, Airtable, Workfront, or Box.
- Nice to have: experience supporting B2B, SaaS, technology, or enterprise clients.
- Nice to have: experience with paid media, content marketing, or growth marketing programs.
- Nice to have: internship or professional exposure to digital marketing or creative production.
Perks and Benefits
- Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life, and accidental death & dismemberment coverage.
- 401(k) with employer match.
- Health savings account with employer contribution.
- Flexible vacation and paid time off policy.
- Paid maternity and paternity leave.
- Paid holidays.
- Remote/flexible day schedule.
- Relaxed office environment.
- Team events and offsites.
- A supportive and collaborative team culture.
