Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive strategic and operational evaluations of portfolio companies covering financial analysis, business strategy positioning, operational efficiencies, and market assessment.
• Lead and implement value-creation initiatives such as corporate strategy transformation, performance acceleration, balance sheet optimization, and restructuring efforts.
• Develop and critically appraise financial valuation models including sum-of-the-parts, discounted cash flow, dividend discount models, comparables, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
• Oversee portfolio monitoring by evaluating financial health, competitive advantages, risk factors, and performance through financial and operational KPIs, providing strategic insights to enhance long-term value.
• Support stakeholder engagement including senior management and board members by facilitating strategic discussions, tracking initiative execution, and driving accountability.
• Contribute to portfolio-wide projects involving synergy identification, growth opportunities (organic and inorganic), partnership exploration, and dissemination of best practices.
• Manage selected projects from initial problem identification through analysis, recommendation formulation, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members, fostering professional growth within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related disciplines, with excellent academic credentials.
• Demonstrated work experience of 5 to 8 years at leading firms in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, M&A, or accounting.
• Proven expertise in strategic analysis, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and complex problem solving.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic outcomes.
• Capability to translate analytical findings into pragmatic, execution-focused strategies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
• Strong independent working skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex topics.
• Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet.
• Proficiency in AI technologies, including practical use of tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to boost research, analysis, synthesis, and productivity.
