Role Overview
The Assistant Vice President – Private Client Solutions is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of private clients by offering customized financial introductions and advisory support. Daily duties include building and sustaining strong client bonds, comprehending clients' financial aims, coordinating with partner institutions to deploy suitable solutions, and managing the full account lifecycle. Additionally, the role encompasses identifying new business prospects, preparing client proposals and presentations, monitoring pipeline and performance metrics, and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving client experience and service delivery. This position is full-time and based in Singapore with a hybrid working model combining office presence and remote flexibility.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Excellent Business Relationship and Account Management abilities to establish trust and maintain long-standing private client connections.
- Strong Analytical capabilities to evaluate client data, determine financial needs, and provide sound recommendations.
- Demonstrated Sales proficiency to spot opportunities, convert leads, and ethically expand client portfolios.
- Effective Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-party projects ensuring timely implementation of client solutions.
- Relevant background in wealth management, private banking, or financial services; knowledge of Singapore's financial landscape is beneficial.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging high-net-worth clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are advantageous.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment, maintaining high ethical standards and meticulous attention to detail.
