  • Keep historical client records and proposal files well organized for analysis and future reference.
  • Coordinate with brokers, third-party administrators, and carrier partners as needed and as directed by the underwriting team.
  • Track pending submissions and renewal replies, then follow up to keep work moving.
  • Handle administrative and data-related tasks so deadlines are met and deliverables remain accurate.
  • Take part in training sessions, team meetings, and process-improvement efforts to strengthen technical and business knowledge.

What the employer is looking for

  • A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.

  • You should be comfortable working in changing, technology-driven environments, including new tools, systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a busy environment is needed.
  • You must work well with others and contribute cooperatively to team efforts.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency are necessary.

Benefits and work environment

  • Hybrid flexibility after training, with work-from-home access up to two days per week.
  • Competitive benefits available from the first day, including PTO and paid holidays.
  • Supportive, collaborative environment with a strong focus on learning and development.
  • Annual bonus opportunity after one year of employment.
