Role Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to develop potential future leaders.
• Maintain high standards of store safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management and loss prevention.
• Manage cash register operations and merchandise special promotional products.
• Identify and implement operational improvements for efficiency.
• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.
