This opportunity suits an experienced Assistant Store Manager or a Supervisor/Team Leader who is ready to progress, particularly someone who has led teams of 15 or more people. The role is very hands-on and suits a person who enjoys spending time on the shop floor, leading by example, and keeping the team focused on performance, safety, and customer experience.

You will support the Store Manager in lifting sales, keeping operations running smoothly, and building a positive workplace where the team can perform well and celebrate success. Working pattern

The roster is Tuesday to Saturday, offering a schedule designed to support work-life balance.

Key duties

• Support the Store Manager in running the store and improving sales performance.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor and set the standard for customer service.
• Motivate, guide, and develop a large retail team.
• Help deliver training and improve team capability.
• Drive floor sales and focus on strong commercial results.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Contribute to stock control, health and safety, and store security.
• Create a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
• Champion safe practices and celebrate team achievements.
