This permanent full-time position involves translating strategic goals into tangible daily results within the store. The role bridges team leadership, operational performance, and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead teams while nurturing talent development.
- Ensure commercial objectives are actively pursued and realized every day.
- Balance attention across sales figures, customer service quality, and workforce morale.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and drive continual store improvement.
