Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Position Overview

Stradivarius is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) to support the Leipzig store on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you connect leadership, people development, store performance, and operational execution to make the brand strategy visible in everyday store results.

What You Will Do

You will help lead the team, develop talent, and ensure that commercial targets are actively driven in day-to-day store operations. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help set priorities, make decisions, and keep the store moving forward through strong leadership and clear processes.

Your focus will be on people, performance, customer service, sales, and team atmosphere. You will track results, guide the team on the shop floor, and contribute to the store’s progress through your leadership impact.

What the Role Requires

The role calls for someone who understands that a successful store is built where leadership provides direction and motivation turns into measurable results. You should be able to keep an eye on turnover, service quality, and team morale at the same time, while helping shape the daily work of the store.

You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and play an active part in operational decisions, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
