Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to meet and exceed store and individual sales objectives and KPIs.
• Demonstrate leadership by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving personal sales targets.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
• Maintain high standards in stock management and control shrinkage effectively.
• Ensure merchandising aligns with promotional and brand standards.
• Handle operational duties such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, housekeeping, and retail administration tasks.
