About the Role
Cotton On is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its Casuarina store in Darwin, Northern Territory. This role sits within a global fashion and lifestyle brand known for energetic, optimistic, and creatively driven retail experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Store Manager to create a strong team culture focused on growth, engagement, and leadership development.
- Champion excellent customer service while supporting business growth through clear direction and strong store operations.
- Use a commercial mindset to identify trading opportunities and practical ways to improve both customer experience and store performance.
- Help manage rostering and wage control so productivity and wage targets are met.
- Encourage the team to support the Cotton On Group Foundation and contribute to projects that create positive change globally.
