About the Role
Join Rituals as an Assistant Store Manager and become a vital contributor to a supportive retail team, dedicated to delivering memorable shopping experiences for every customer. You will assist the Store Manager by leading the team, develop your leadership capabilities daily, and drive store performance through excellent customer service, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As the second-in-command, you will motivate and support your team, act as a role model reflecting the Rituals brand values, and help cultivate a positive and trustful store culture. Your duties include recruitment and retention of diverse and talented staff, coaching and developing team members to achieve their potential, and assisting the Store Manager with daily business operations. The position is situated in an outlet setting where operational excellence in stock and inventory management is vital, alongside maintaining high store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Assistant Store Manager role or equivalent within retail or hospitality sectors.
- Strong people management skills including effective communication, motivation, coaching, and the ability to build connections and inspire the team.
- Experience in knowledge sharing that leads to behavioral change and professional growth within the team.
- Competency in decision-making and problem-solving to overcome challenges effectively.
