About the Role

We are seeking an organised and driven Assistant Store Manager to join Pandora's team in Cork, Ireland. This permanent full-time position involves supporting the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, leading a motivated team, and driving commercial success through outstanding customer service and store management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales data, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve store results.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with sales targets.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation adhere to brand standards and enhance commercial appeal.
  • Support recruitment, leadership, and development of a diverse and inclusive team to maximise their potential.
  • Communicate clearly, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate regular development discussions with team members.
  • Model company values — Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver — and foster these within the store team.
  • Represent the brand on the shop floor, demonstrating product expertise and enthusiasm to create personalised, meaningful customer experiences.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage operational duties including staff scheduling, stock management, till operations, health and safety compliance, and security.
  • Plan staffing levels according to business needs and seasonal variations.
  • Maintain excellent shop floor conditions and oversee smooth stock processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability within a retail environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills, able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a keen interest in Pandora products and company values.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, embracing feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Professional appearance with a flair for retail and desirable product sectors.
  • Preferred experience includes prior roles as a senior supervisor or assistant manager in retail, ideally with a leading brand or consumer products.

Work Schedule and Remuneration

The role requires availability to work all days of the week—Monday through Sunday—totalling 39 hours per week.

The salary range for this position is between €38,000 and €43,200 annually (full-time equivalent).

A monthly bonus scheme offers 10% of sales targets met, escalating up to 20% for surpassing stretch goals.
