Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, execution, and completion of assurance engagements.
- Record audit work accurately and clearly in line with the engagement goals, the client’s background, and the planned audit strategy.
- Identify possible audit concerns or unusual patterns in financial statement analysis and escalate them to the assurance team.
Skills and Attributes
- Collaborative team mindset with the ability to share responsibility, support others, and keep senior team members updated.
- Comfortable contributing ideas and responding constructively to the views of colleagues.
- Professional conduct and sound judgment in a client-facing audit environment.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Solid project coordination and time management ability.
- High standards of integrity in a professional setting.
Requirements
- A degree in Accountancy or a business-related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in audit.
- Experience with a global professional services firm or a mid-tier practice is an advantage.
- Ability to manage changing workloads and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a confident, collaborative working style.
What We Offer
- A competitive compensation package tied to individual and team performance.
- Flexible working arrangements, subject to business needs.
- Continuous learning opportunities to build future-ready skills.
- Support and flexibility to create meaningful impact in your own way.
- Leadership development through coaching, insight, and confidence-building experiences.
- An inclusive culture that values individuality and encourages employees to use their voice.
