Role Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing sales inquiries efficiently.
- Assess client needs and suggest properties that fit their requirements.
- Accompany clients on site visits and provide support throughout the sales journey.
- Develop and sustain enduring relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure precise upkeep of records within the CRM system.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Aptitude for generating, nurturing, and closing sales leads.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong skills in relationship management.
