Role overview
Nando’s is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can bring energy, leadership, and personality to the Northlands restaurant in Christchurch. This role is all about leading people well, creating a lively service environment, and making sure every shift runs smoothly while guests enjoy a memorable experience.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving, people-first workplace where you help keep service flowing, support the team on the floor, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.
What you will be responsible for
- Take charge of everyday restaurant activity and help maintain a warm, welcoming venue.
- Work closely with the team during service to set the pace and keep operations moving.
- Coach and encourage staff so they can consistently deliver the Nando’s customer experience.
- Keep the restaurant energised and organised so each shift finishes strong.
