Nando’s is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can bring energy, leadership, and personality to the Northlands restaurant in Christchurch. This role is all about leading people well, creating a lively service environment, and making sure every shift runs smoothly while guests enjoy a memorable experience.

You’ll be part of a fast-moving, people-first workplace where you help keep service flowing, support the team on the floor, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.

What you will be responsible for

• Take charge of everyday restaurant activity and help maintain a warm, welcoming venue.
• Work closely with the team during service to set the pace and keep operations moving.
• Coach and encourage staff so they can consistently deliver the Nando’s customer experience.
• Keep the restaurant energised and organised so each shift finishes strong.
