About the Team
The Business Banking team is purpose-led and works to expand access to finance for underserved small and micro enterprises (MSMEs). Through digital business banking offerings such as the GXS Business Account and lending solutions, the team supports the growth of SME financing in the region, with added momentum from the strategic GXS Capital acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers with administrative and client service tasks for SME customers.
- Serve as a main contact for partners and clients by responding to questions, sharing updates, and helping communication flow smoothly between all parties and the bank.
- Maintain client records and files, keeping information current, correct, and aligned with internal standards as well as regulatory obligations.
- Help prepare internal reporting materials and sales pipeline updates.
- Work with internal teams such as credit and operations to ensure transactions and disbursements are processed efficiently.
Candidate Profile
No banking or finance background is needed. However, experience in customer service, sales, or another client-facing role will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented when handling data and documents, able to work independently with limited oversight, and comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities or client needs while maintaining a positive outlook.
Additional Information
This role is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite position.
