Assistant Relationship Manager

Role Summary

This position supports bancassurance sales for a customer-focused life insurance business that serves both urban and underserved communities. The role is centered on strengthening partnerships with bank branches, helping drive sales, and ensuring customers receive timely assistance.

What You Will Do

• Support the bancassurance channel in meeting sales goals.
• Track potential business opportunities and follow up consistently to move them forward.
• Develop productive working relationships with bank personnel to enable smooth bancassurance operations.
• Serve as the main contact for bank partners and end customers.
• Respond to customer queries quickly and help maintain a high level of service quality.
• Help resolve issues or concerns raised by bank staff or customers.
• Follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines at all times.
• Prepare and share regular reports on sales activity and related performance metrics.
• Handle responsibilities across multiple locations as assigned.

Location Coverage

Primary work locations include Udupi, Haveri, Belgaum, Tumkur, Ballry, and Bidar in Karnataka, as well as Kattapana, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, and Kanjirapally in Kerala.
