Assistant Production Operator

About the Role

We are seeking Assistant Production Operators to join a prominent manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia. The company specializes in plastic, paper packaging, recycled resins, corrugated packaging, and consumer products. Candidates with fresh ITI or Diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines ensuring efficient production flow.
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain product standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure workplace safety.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet daily targets.
• Perform necessary data entry related to production output and maintenance logs.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess an ITI or Diploma qualification in relevant technical fields.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of quality control and safety compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is negotiable and paid yearly in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
• Accommodation and transportation are provided by the employer.
