Responsibilities
- Own strategic planning and execution for the Away From Home portfolio as part of the wider corporate plan.
- Drive innovation commercialization by assessing operational and manufacturing considerations across brands and businesses.
- Independently coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality execution of innovation and business initiatives.
- Manage marketing and administrative budgets effectively.
- Deliver volume and net revenue targets for the Away From Home channel and beverage portfolio.
- Lead integrated agency teams and build productive, long-term agency partnerships.
- Track portfolio performance regularly and identify corrective actions or new growth opportunities when needed.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with key customer activations and partner with internal Customer Sales teams to execute plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a business-related degree is preferred.
