About the Team

You will be part of the People Strategy team, where the focus is on evaluating, improving, and shaping the organisation’s core talent-management practices across Sea and its subsidiaries. The company is a major technology leader in Southeast Asia, offering a high-growth environment with meaningful exposure to senior leaders. The role sits in a dynamic, globally connected, and intellectually challenging setting.

Role Overview

This position involves partnering with senior management to strengthen people-related practices across the employee lifecycle, including engagement, hiring, development, retention, and related areas. You will also help design and roll out important people initiatives, use people analytics to inform decisions, and study market trends, proven practices, and relevant case examples to support the broader people function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to assess and improve people practices across engagement, recruitment, development, retention, and other talent areas.
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of major people initiatives for Sea and its subsidiaries.
  • Analyze people data and translate findings into insights that guide key decisions.
  • Research industry movement, benchmarking practices, and case studies relevant to people functions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • Interest in, or exposure to, people-related subjects such as psychology, behavioural science, or organisation development is advantageous.
  • You should be self-driven, flexible, and comfortable learning in a fast-changing, international environment.
  • Strong reasoning, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities are essential.
  • Must be able to work with regional partners across China and Southeast Asia.
  • Capable of managing several concurrent priorities and projects while working within demanding deadlines.

Additional Information

The role is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite position.
