Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning, mandatory servicing, warranty service, and troubleshooting of construction machines at customer sites.
• Maintain detailed machine records and strive to meet target Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) while fostering strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate and support dealer engineers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for spare parts sales and workshop repairs, meeting established targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and regularly inform management about market developments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 to 20 years of practical experience in the earthmoving machinery industry.
• Proficient communication skills in English and the local language, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work directly on machinery at various sites.
• Competent in computer usage, particularly MS Office applications.
