• Creative and adaptable to evolving demands and opportunities in a fast-paced omni-channel retail setting
• Ability to perform tasks independently without needing constant supervision
• Strong cognitive and numerical skills including problem analysis, sound decision-making, and financial assessment capabilities

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
