Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and adaptable Assistant Manager to handle Management Information Systems (MIS) along with Project Management Office (PMO) duties. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, preparing reports, project coordination, and helping improve processes. Strong communication and analytical capabilities along with multi-tasking under pressure are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance MIS processes to provide precise, practical insights.
- Develop, maintain, and consolidate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Create and update dashboards featuring data visualizations such as bar and pie charts.
- Automate MIS reports and dashboards utilizing advanced Excel functions including VBA, Macros, and preferably SQL.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Promote communication and synchronization among project teams.
- Administer project-related administrative duties and deliver status updates promptly to management.
- Coordinate tracking of open positions and manage onboarding and offboarding of resources.
- Maintain project documents as per organizational standards.
- Support ongoing enhancements of PMO processes and tools.
- Monitor outstanding items, identify risks, and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
- Streamline tasks to boost efficiency and effectiveness even under pressure.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university.
- Between 5 and 9 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles; background in healthcare is preferable but not mandatory.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including VBA and Macros, along with proficiency in PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL considered a plus.
- Experience in producing data visualizations and dashboard development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and dedication to ensuring data accuracy.
Working Conditions
The role requires a minimum of 8 working hours per day, which may differ according to process demands. The job location is onsite with a possibility of hybrid working arrangements.
