Assistant Manager / Manager - Airport Management HQ

Overview

Based at headquarters, the role involves collaboration across multiple divisions to improve teamwork, streamline knowledge sharing, and encourage adoption of innovative working approaches.

Primary Duties

• Design, organize, and deliver engagement programs aimed at building trust, fostering belonging, and boosting workforce engagement, including leadership engagement and wellness activities as well as team-building events.
• Implement cluster-wide knowledge management systems and processes to effectively capture institutional knowledge, deepen organizational expertise, monitor stakeholder and partner engagements, and facilitate easy access and sharing of information.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement efforts throughout divisions by encouraging faster and improved innovation, enhancing confidence in software development, and promoting use of digital and AI tools to raise staff productivity, including managing innovation trials.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree with at least three years of relevant work experience.
• Have familiarity with technology, digital platforms, and AI tools.
• Demonstrated success in organizing medium to large-scale events such as townhalls and managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in designing and implementing programs or projects related to innovation or knowledge management.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at delivering complex information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and independent with a growth-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure, alongside being an effective team player with interpersonal skills.
