Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will oversee the entire fleet comprising heavy construction machinery and commercial vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and upkeep.
Key Duties
- Strategize and supervise both preventive and emergency maintenance activities.
- Maximize fleet readiness and operational uptime to support company objectives.
- Lead and manage workshop personnel including mechanics and fleet supervisors.
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety audit protocols.
- Investigate accidents thoroughly and manage associated insurance claims effectively.
- Ensure fleet operations adhere strictly to safety and environmental regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualifications: B.Tech or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
